Run Your Shopify Store Through Claude
Describe the job in writing instead of clicking through the admin.
We connect your Shopify store to AI. Updating stock, checking an order, creating a product, pulling a sales report — you ask for it instead of navigating the admin.
What You Can Do by Asking
Create and edit products
Describe a new product and have it created with its variants, description and image placement. Bulk edits work the same way.
Check and update stock
Ask how many units are left, update per location, and list everything that has dropped below your threshold.
Look up orders
Pull the detail of a specific order, or list pending and problem orders — without building a filter in the admin.
Pull sales reports
Ask “how many of this sold last month” or “what was revenue this week” directly. The query is run for you.
Manage collections
Create a seasonal collection, add products in bulk, reorder them.
Generate discount codes
Describe the campaign and have the discount code created.
Find customer records
Reach a customer's order history and details in one question.
What We Deliberately Leave With You
- Price changes — prepared for you, approved by you
- Bulk updates — what will change is listed first
- Order cancellations and refunds
- Store settings, payment and shipping configuration
The Shopify admin does one thing very well: it makes every operation possible. It does not make every operation fast. To update stock you have to find the product, drill into the variant, pick the right location. To answer "what sold most last month" you have to build a filter in the reports screen. Individually these are a few minutes each. Across a week they add up.
This setup removes those steps. We connect your store to AI, and instead of hunting for the job in the admin, you describe it.
How it works
We create an authorised connection between your Shopify store and Claude. Through it, Claude can read your store's data and — within the limits you set — make changes.
In practice it looks like this:
You: How many size S winter coats are left?
Claude: Size S is in stock on three products: Alpine Parka 4, Nordic Puffer 11, Trail Coat 0. Trail Coat appears to be sold out.
You: Add 20 to Trail Coat and take Alpine up to 15.
Claude: Two updates ready — Trail Coat: 0 → 20, Alpine Parka: 4 → 15. Confirm?
A job that would have taken four or five screens comes down to two sentences.
What we deliberately leave with you
This is the most common question, and the answer describes the design of the product: the system does the work, you make the decision.
Nothing irreversible happens on its own. Changing a price, running a bulk update, cancelling an order — in each case what is about to happen is listed first, and the confirmation comes from you. Where AI can get something wrong, the cost of that mistake should not be unrecoverable.
This is not a technical limitation; it is a choice. We are not building a system that runs your store for you — we are building one that makes running it faster.
Who it's for
- Stores where the admin gets unwieldy as the catalogue grows
- Teams doing stock, orders and reporting by hand every day
- Brand owners who would rather not depend on an agency or developer for small jobs
- Managers who currently have to ask someone else for the numbers
How the setup runs
The core is the same everywhere, but no store is a copy of another. Your product structure, variant logic and daily flow are your own — we adapt to them.
- Mapping the flow. We map what your team does in the store each week: which job repeats, how often, and how long it takes.
- Permission design. We decide together which operations can happen directly and which require approval. Anything not needed is never enabled.
- Connection and adaptation. We build the setup and tune it to your product structure.
- Handover and training. We teach your team to use it. The permissions stay with you; you are not tied to us.
Typically 2–3 weeks. It is not an app you install in a day, because to be useful it has to know how you work.
An example
We built this setup for a fashion e-commerce brand. The owner now handles stock checks, order status and weekly sales reports by writing rather than opening the admin. Price and bulk changes still sit behind the approval step.
We are measuring the hours saved now, and will publish the figure here once we have solid data. Writing a savings percentage before measuring it isn't something we're willing to do.
Not "let AI run my store"
Saying what this setup isn't matters as much as saying what it is.
The AI does not decide for you. It does not know which product to discount and when, which collection to feature, or which supplier to work with. Those are strategy, and strategy stays with people.
What the AI does is more modest and more useful: it repeats work that has been done thousands of times before, once you describe it. Updating stock does not take intelligence, it takes repetition. That is exactly where the value sits.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Am I handing my store over to an AI?
- No. This is not a system that runs your store on its own; it is an interface that does the job you describe. Irreversible actions — price changes, bulk updates, cancellations and refunds — stay behind your approval. That is a deliberate design decision.
- Do I need technical knowledge?
- No. We handle the setup. After that, all you do is write the job in ordinary sentences. You no longer need to know which menu something lives under.
- Will my existing apps and theme be affected?
- They won't. The connection is made through Shopify's own admin layer; we don't touch your theme, your apps, or anything your customers see.
- Is every store set up the same way?
- The core is the same, but no two stores share the same product structure, variant logic and daily flow. We adapt the setup to yours — which is why this takes 2–3 weeks rather than being an app you install in a day.
- Where does my data go?
- The connection is made directly with your own Shopify account; we do not store your data. We decide together which permissions to grant during setup, and anything not needed is never enabled.
- Will we be dependent on you afterwards?
- No. The setup runs on your account and the permissions are yours. We train your team on it; you are not required to buy an ongoing service.
